Stir fried Noodles with Pork

  • Cut the pork fillet into thin strips. Place into a bowl and add the soy, ketchup Manis and sesame oil. Toss to coat and set aside.
  • Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the noodles and cook per packet instructions. Drain.
  • Place an oiled frying pan over a low heat, add the egg and slowly fry.
  • Place a wok over a high heat, add vegetable oil, when hot add the pork, stir fry in batches until browned all over. Remove from wok.
  • Drizzle vegetable oil in wok. Add the ginger, garlic, red onion, chilli and Gai Lan, stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles, and cooked pork, add the oyster sauce. Stir fry for 1 minute to heat through.
  • Place the noodles into a serving bowl. Top with the egg to serve.
