Berry Smoothie and Asian Omelette with Crispy Bacon

  1. For the Berry smoothie, place the berries into a blender, add the yoghurt, milk, vanilla and honey, blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses, top with sliced berries to serve.
  3. For the Asian omelette with crispy bacon, heat a frying pan over a medium -high heat. Add the bacon and fry until crispy. Finely slice.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
  5. Crack eggs in a medium bowl, add soy and sesame oil, whisk until fluffy. Pour into wok and cook until fluffy. Pour oyster sauce across the middle of omelette and top with some crispy bacon. Remove omelette from pan and fold in half.
  6. Place omelette onto serving plate, drizzle with oyster sauce and top with remaining bacon, top with fresh herbs and chili to serve.
