The decision means the Federal Government won't be compelled to release another 170 detainees 'who are' refusing to co-operate with deportation efforts. Donald Trump has promised an immigration order on farm and hotel workers, as the sectors suffer from losing swathes of staff as his government's immigration crackdown continues across the US. The two sectors rely heavily on migrant labour, with Trump back-pedalling on his previously hardline stance as a result. "Our farmers are being hurt badly ... They've worked for them for 20 years. They're not citizens, but they've turned out to be, you know, great," Trump said at a White House event. A British man has been confirmed as the sole survivor of the Air India flight carrying 242 people that crashed into a medical college after take-off on Thursday in the Indian city of Ahmedabad. Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, who was in seat 11A of the flight next to his brother, told local media he was returning to the UK after visiting family in India. Family have expressed their devastation speaking to reporters outside the family home in Leicester with another brother, Nayan Kumar Ramesh, saying Ramesh had “no idea” how he escaped. Indian Home Minister Amit Shah visited Vishwash at a hospital in Ahmedabad, as well as others injured on the ground.

New CCTV has emerged, captured a new angle of the doomed Air India flight which crashed shortly after take off from Ahmedabad. The flight, AI171 travelling to London's Gatwick Airport, crashed shortly after take off with 229 passengers and 12 crew on board, with several deaths and scores of injuries also reported on the ground from the residential area the plane crashed into. Just one lone passenger is said to have miraculously walked away from the wreckage with relatively minor injuries.
