A 38-year-old man has been arrested after an American politician and his family were evacuated from their burning home in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro said he was woken in the middle of the night to authorities banging on his door and has since described the attack as “targeted”. The suspect allegedly came over a fence on the property with homemade incendiary devices before forcibly entering the residence and setting a fire. The man is expected to be charged with attempted murder, terrorism, aggravated arson and aggravated assault.
