State by state was swallowed up with Anthony Albanese becoming the first Prime Minister in more than 20 years to be re-elected. In doing so he delivered an almighty blow to the Liberal Party with Australia overwhelmingly shunning Peter Dutton and his policies. As it stands tonight, Labor has 88 seats, the Coalition has 36.
