Home security cameras have captured the moment a 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck near San Diego, rattling residents and spooking their pets across Southern California. The US Geological Survey said the earthquake hit just after 10am on Monday around north-east of San Diego, with the effects felt as far north as Los Angeles. Authorities urged residents in an emergency alert to ‘find shelter’ as tremors wobbled roadways and high-rise buildings. So far, there have been no reports of any structural damage or injuries.
