Ingredients: • 30ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin • Soda Water • 20ml elderflower cordial • 3 mint sprigs • 2 cucumber slices • Ice
Method: 1. Pour 30ml Tanqueray gin over ice in a tall glass
2. Add 20ml (a tablespoon) of elderflower cordial, three mint sprigs and two cucumber slices
3. Top with soda water, stir and add extra mint as garnish
