One team member races to free their partner from the trunk of a submerged limousine, and couples must transfer mouthfuls of blended fish, roaches and beetles.

Female contestants must free themselves from a platform swinging beneath a helicopter, eat maggot-covered animal organ meat and navigate a series of rotating balance beams suspended over water.

Teams of best friends must complete an underwater box rescue and bob for cow tongues in lard and fish oil.

Contestants must cross from one pontoon to another on a seaplane flying thousands of feet in the air and collect flags from a three-story structure by jumping from balance beams to an elevator platform.

Four teams of siblings must free themselves from a spinning platform beneath a helicopter, free their heads from a box of spiders and release weighted disks from an underwater platform while shackled to it by their ankles.

Contestants must free themselves from a wheel that repeatedly dunks them in water and drink shots of blended bugs and fish eyes at a Fear Factor bar.

Contestants must cross a beam while being zapped with electricity and eat a Fear Factor witch's brew containing tarantulas, scorpions and bug guts.
